How large can an aircraft carrier be made to accommodate as many aircraft as possible?

 HMS Habakukk was supposed to measure up 2000′ in length, 300’ in width and carry even 200 planes, including the heavies! While construction of the same was possible on paper, the concept was axed when production of carriers started to keep pace with their demand. And the allies themselves were not desperate enough no matter how odd to try anything.
